1. Data Controller

DelIPTV operates this service. You can contact us at support@deliptv.com for any data-related inquiries.

2. Data We Collect

• Technical TV identifier (Samsung DUID, derived into a SHA-256 hash — never stored in plain text).
• Device public code (DEL-XXXX-XXXX): visible identifier the user can share to manage their playlist.
• User's M3U/M3U8 playlist URL, encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the database. DelIPTV can technically decrypt it to link it to the TV.
• Admin activity logs (actions performed by administrators on devices and licenses).
• Source IP address in portal requests (for audit and abuse protection).

3. What DelIPTV Does NOT Do

• Does not sell or provide audiovisual content.
• Does not log which channels you watch or when.
• Does not share your data with content providers.
• Does not promise total anonymity: your playlist URL is stored encrypted in our database.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Without the minimum technical data (device identifier and playlist URL), the service cannot function.

5. Data Retention

Device and playlist data is retained while the device has an active or trial license. Technical logs are deleted after 90 days. You can request complete deletion by writing to support@deliptv.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your data. Contact support@deliptv.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Technical session cookies necessary for the portal to function may be used.
