1. Service Description

DelIPTV is a technical tool that allows the user to load and play their own M3U/M3U8 playlist on a Samsung TV. DelIPTV does not provide, sell, or recommend any audiovisual content.

2. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the legality of the M3U/M3U8 playlist they load and play. The user declares they are authorized to access the content of said playlist.

3. Limitation of Liability

DelIPTV is not responsible for content played through third-party playlists, misuse of the service, or damages resulting from service interruption.

4. Device Fixed Code

The TV fixed code (DEL-XXXX-XXXX) allows anyone who has it to load or change the playlist associated with that device. The user accepts this risk by not requiring an additional PIN.

5. Service Modifications

DelIPTV reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or cancel the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
